About the event

Chris & Shimi met at Guildford School of Acting twenty years ago. Chris has appeared in cabaret around the world having been described as "an ace pianist" by the UK’s Telegraph and as “the real deal” and “a total showman” by New York critics. Shimi has performed in West End shows such as Chicago, Evita, Dirty Dancing and Bombay Dreams. He has been praised as “a looker, a hoofer and BOY can he sing!” (Whatsonstage). Shimi shared a stage with Eurovision winner Dana International and Chris performed with John Barrowman for World Aids Day. They have performed in front of royalty including King Felipe VI at the Opera House in Madrid and perform regularly as headliners on luxury cruise ships. They have been developing an online presence with their music and recently hosted the launch night of Forum+ and Camden & Islington’s LGBT History Month. Chris is also an award winning writer and composer.
